WealthMind OS is a product of Outside Insight Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Outside Insight Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Information you provide directly: your name, work email address, company name, job title, telephone number (if given) and the content of any message or demo request you submit.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and understand aggregate usage.

Platform data: where your organisation uses the WealthMind OS platform, we process the client and planning data your organisation inputs, on your organisation's instructions.

To respond to demo requests and enquiries, and to arrange and deliver product demonstrations.

To provide, operate, secure and improve the website and the platform.

To send you information about WealthMind OS where you have asked for it or where we have a legitimate interest in contacting a business contact. You can opt out at any time.

We rely on your consent (where you submit a request or opt in), our legitimate interests (operating and marketing a business-to-business product, and keeping our systems secure), performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — for example hosting, email, analytics and CRM providers — under contracts that require them to protect it.

We may disclose personal data where required by law, regulation or legal process.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

We keep enquiry and demo-request data for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then delete or anonymise it. Platform data is retained in line with our agreement with your organisation.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent.
